We are open from 9 am to 5pm from Monday to Friday, and closed from 12 to 1pm for lunch. We're closed on weekends but if you need to schedule a pick up we are more than happy to make arrangements so you can pick up your order during our closed hours.

We offer in-house embroidery, digital imprinting, laser engraving and rotary engraving.
Our accepted forms of payments are Visa, Mastercard, Debit, Cheque and Cash.

How long until my order is ready?
If you are bringing in items that we can decorate in-house we can usually accomodate your deadline with no problems.
Hardgoods such as pens, mugs, etc. are generally a 2 week wait. If you need your order by a certain date we're usually able to request a rush - however rush charges may apply.
Can I bring in my own garment to be embroidered, engraved or printed on?
Absolutely! Let us know what you would like on your customer supplied item and we can provide a quote.
I need a new logo designed, where do I start and how much will it cost?
You can email, call or stop by our store and talk to one of our sale reps to start building your logo. Whether it's an idea in your head, some images pulled from online or newspaper clippings, or a rough drawing on a piece of paper - we can help you bring your dream logo to life!
Once we have an idea formed, we send it to our graphic designers and they email us a few rough drafts for you to choose from. From there on we tweak the logo until it's exactly what you're looking for.
Cost can vary depending on the complexity of your logo. We can provide a quote early on in the creative process so there's no surprise fees!
